My Mug Arrived Broken.
This is our least favourite one to hear. Very occasionally we encounter an extra rough courier or delivery driver and mugs being fragile, they break, split or shatter.
Just let our support team know straight away and we will express post a replacement out to you straight away, no need for photos or anything!
You Sent Me The Wrong Mug.
Oh No! We create and ship up to 1,000 a mugs a day and unfortunately sometimes the designs blend together for our poor production team. Never fear. Just let our support team know and we will express post the right one out to you straight away.
Feel free to keep the wrong one on us to add to your collection or give away to a friend of family member.
I Changed My Mind.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds in the event you changed your mind. As all our orders are made to order just for you, your item enters into a production queue immediately upon order and we cannot remove your item from the queue.
In the event of you not wanting the mugs you placed an order for, please contact us and we may be able to arrange a store credit for you depending on how long it has been since you placed your order.
